Do you judge women who smoke whilst pregnant?
I am trying for a baby and desperately want to quit smoking before I become pregnant not only for health reasons but because of the way I will be judged if I continue. I have been a 20+ a day smoker for well over 10 years, Comments and advice greatly appreciated.
I smoked about that much to and when i found out i was pregnant it was so hard to quit i got down to 4 a day and my mom and sister kept saying that poor baby is getting all that smoke in their lungs and wait til your baby has asthma or u have to have it or a nebulizer 4 times a day and those comments really made me quit! I have been smoke free for almost a month now and the cravings really do go away
