I quit smoking ciggarettes cold turkey, Are Black And Mild Cigars a resonable alternative?
I have been a ciggarette smoker for 4 years, due to an injury I have recently quit. I feel somewhat urges to smoke a nice ciggarette after a meal. I am now smoking Black and Mild cigars somewhat regularly. It mentally settles my craves and keeps me occupied. Is this a bad alternative? I am still young and this could help me quit for good .
No cigars are just as bigger killer as cigarettes..
The nicotine content is a lot stronger in a cigar too..
The way i gave into my cravings was by chewing on nicorette first, then i gave that up and just chew normal chewy now..
Yeah it is so god damned hard to stop.I give you thumbs up for trying…
