Will I gain weight if I quit smoking?

I smoke 15 to 20 cigs a day. I’m 25 and have good genetics, eat well, and exercise daily.
I started smoking daily when I was 14 and have never gone a day without a cigarette since.

Probably not. You seem to take care of your body by exercising and eating well. I know I will get a lot of grief saying this by other Yahoo users, but you look pretty hot with that cigarette in your mouth. I wish I could light it for you.
