
I quit smoking almost 2 years ago, and I have gained?
a lot of weight! I exercise and eat right and take vitamins and supplements, but I can’t seem to lose weight , I have lost a little but it’s a slow process! Can someone give me a diet plan that can help shed the quit smoking pounds?
