Smoking – times have changed.?
Looking back at the way we used to view smoking – I have to laugh..
Forrest Gump – the doctor is fitting Forrest with leg braces while a cigarette dangles from his lip.
An old movie George Segal I think – takes up jogging, but refuses to quit smoking – one scene he’s jogging while smoking.
People who take pictures of their sleeping babies by placing a cigarette between their lips. – seen it.
Every cub scout project in the 1970’s “We’re making an ashtray” – did it.
Children whose parents would dress them as a box of Marlboro for a childs halloween party – seen it.
People smoking in church – seen it.
Any other smoking anachronisms you know of?
I was working in a hospital cafeteria. The doctors would come through the line smoking and try ro give you an order without taking the cigarette out of their mouth. Ashes falling everywhere.
STOP SMOKING, YOU WILL DIE!
