I just quit smoking, need advice?

can someone please give me some tips on how to cope with the tiredness and the depression?

First of all, congrats! Keep yourself motivated by thinking of all the positives of quitting!

I didn’t get tired when I quit smoking but if you’re tired maybe you can try a diet that will give you more energy: Drink more water and eat a higher protein diet. Avoid rich foods that will make you sluggish.

Exercise will help you get some more energy too, which can also help the depression.

Lastly – Don’t give up all your vices at once! You are human, and you need some sort of vice. I know I said to try a more healthy diet, but I don’t mean for you to eat like a rabbit. If you need an ice cream cone, or a glass of wine to make you feel a little better, than by all means, have it!
