how can i clean my smoking pipe.?

its a old man pipe, it breaks into 2 different parts, the mouthpiece, and the actual pipe. the pipe is so cloged up that i cant even get air through it, and the opening isint big enough to get it out with tools.

if its not wooden boil it.
