can i get high off oily pipe resin by just eating it?

i have a bunch of really oily pipe resin. does anybody know how if just eating it will get me high? making hash oil out of it is not an option, and the resin is too hard to smoke.

ok you probably could, but you would get so sick, it would be awful. honestly, smell it, do you really want to eat that? if you do not have any pot to put it on to smoke it then just put it on a cigarette and smoke it that way.
