Tips to get cannabis out of my system?
First off I’m going to quit im done with this the issues that have arose from me bieng caught is not worth this seriously.
Anyway most recent time if smoked is the forth about 2 hits from a small pipe ( I was high for about an hour )
Also the time before that was 2 weeks ago… any tips its going to be through a blood test and i just want to decrease the amounti n my body.
Although I’m not going to condone anything illegal here, I think the real problem is that you’re not doing a good job at keeping it on the low if you’re getting caught, not that you’re doing it in the first place. If you want to keep doing it, it’s not that hard to avoid getting caught, just know the right time and place to do it.
The best thing to do to get it out of your system quickly is to have a healthy diet and get lots of exercise. The exercise is the most important, as THC is stored in fat cells. This might even give you a mild high when the THC is released back into your blood stream temporarily. Drink lots of juices and try and maintain a healthy diet throughout this, and within a couple of weeks you should be able to easily pass a blood test, maybe within a week if you spend more time exercising (Running is good).
