Can use nicotine while im on an alprazolam regimen of .5mg 2x a day?
well i was recently diagnosed with (GAD) Generalized anxiety disorder so the dr. gave me a script for alprazolam. ive quit smoking 1/2 a year ago and cut out drinkin cuz of the meds (i drank no more than 2 beers occasionally) . but i wanted to use a vaporizer for the tobacco, but was worried if the nicotine would kill me or give me seizures… so if anyone knows if using a vaporizer for tobacco on a .5mg x2 of alprazolam a day is safe, please let me know…thnx
I looked up the contraindications of Xanax (alprazolam) in a web search and dis not find nicotine use as one of the things to be avoided but smoking (nicotine use), especially with a vaporizer, is always dangerous for many other reasons.
